There are many ways life can feel off...
... even when it looks functional, perhaps even successful, from the outside.
You are increasingly aware that time is passing yet life feels colorless and repetitive.
You wonder what gives your life meaning and what makes it worth living.
You feel stuck or stagnating rather than growing.
Your life feels like Groundhog Day - the same routine, with little to look forward to.
You miss feeling curious, excited or absorbed in something.
You wonder what happened to the interests and ambitions you once had.
You feel restless, but struggle to put a finger on it.
You wonder who you are beyond your work, relationships and responsibilities.
You want change, but fear losing what you have built.
You wonder whether the life you are living still feels like your own.
A space to examine life and choose differently
Deep conversations that are hard to find elsewhere in life.
Not coaching. Not therapy.
My approach combines psychology, philosophical dialogue and reflective reading. Psychology helps us understand emotional responses and recurring patterns. Philosophy helps us examine ideas and look for alternative perspectives. Selected readings extend this exploration, offering different perspectives on your own experience.
It all starts with a question
Each session centres on a question or difficulty you bring, giving our conversation focus and depth. Take some time beforehand to consider what you would like to explore; we can refine the question together. Your initial question is a doorway: as we examine it, other questions may emerge. Each session can explore a new question or continue the inquiry we have already begun.
Psychological insight. Philosophical inquiry.
We explore the gap between the life you are living and the life you want. Through questioning, we uncover tensions between what you think, feel and do, and examine the competing desires, values and obligations behind them. No prior knowledge of philosophy is needed - just openness to examining your own experience.
From reflection to choice
It matters to me that our conversations lead to something tangible in your life. Together, we turn greater understanding into choices and actions that reflect what matters to you. We examine what holds you back and where you have more freedom than you realise. My role is to help you recover the willingness to choose and the courage to act, even when the outcome is uncertain.
